1. Window - Preferences - General - Workspace - Text file encoding - Other : UTF-8 변경 

 

 

 

2. Window - Preferences - General - Editors - Text Editors - Spelling - Other : UTF-8 변경

 

 

3. Window - Preferences - Web - CSS/HTML/JSP files UTF-8로 변경
